Service Description

We each have a luminous energy field (LEF) that surrounds our physical body. Our luminous body carries with it shadows or imprints--like etchings or cuts-- from trauma throughout our lives. These shadows draw into our life the same type of events or people over and over again until we heal it. Together we’ll work to bring about greater clarity regarding your shadows so you can process them and heal. ❤️‍🩹 This will be on Zoom cameras on in a small safe group of 10. Come with a journal and an open mind. I will do a drum bath before we journal as well.
